Different shingle brands offer different manufacturer warranties, usually anywhere from 10 to 50 years. Some call their warranty “Lifetime Limited,” but most of the real coverage happens between years 10 and 50. For our workmanship and labor, we offer warranties that also range from 10 to 50 years, depending on the roofing system you choose. We also have optional extended warranties you can buy, all of our warranties can be transferred to the next homeowner if you ever sell your house.
