Roofing Army will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask If the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply", "Message frequency may vary", and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent." They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Roofing Army provides free roof inspections and estimates upon request.
• All estimates are subject to the scope of the project and may change based on unforeseen factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, hidden structural damage, or material availability.
• A signed agreement is required to commence roofing services, and payment terms will be outlined in your contract.

• Pricing for roofing services will be provided in your estimate. Payment terms, deposits, and timelines will be detailed in your service contract.
• Roofing Army accepts payments via Credit Card, Check, Cash, Debit Card, Wire, ACH.
• Late payments may incur fees or interest as stated in the service agreement.

Roofing Army provides warranties on both materials and labor:

• Material Warranty: Provided by the manufacturer of the roofing products used. Details will be outlined in your service agreement.
• Labor Warranty: Roofing Army offers up to 30 years of warranty on labor for completed projects.

• All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Roofing Army or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Website without prior written permission.

• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to review. Fees may apply based on the stage of the project or materials already purchased.
• Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

• Roofing Army is not responsible for damages caused by:
  • Acts of nature, including severe weather, floods, or earthquakes.
  • Pre-existing structural issues not visible during the inspection.
  • Customer negligence, including failure to maintain the roof.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
